How often do you have sex after your child was born?

One woman in the Baby book said- She forgot what sex feel like. Her child always wake up after sneaking downstair. Her child will cry loud, if both of her parents leave the room. She look at her yourself as an ugly breast with ton of stretch marks and leaking breast.And her child is four years old and she don't have time for sex I kind understand her. You can kiss freedom, goodbye. Parenthood come first.:-) To be fair- I only have sex four times every month

Wow, that's kinda sad. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and I have sex with my hubby about 4-5 times a week. The best thing to do to get back in the groove is establish a firm bedtime for the kids. Our bedtime is 7 for the 1yr and 8 for the 3yr. This gives mommy and daddy time to relax talk and maybe catch some tv and "exercise" before going to sleep :)
