In a feminist relationship is a man able to use sex as leverage?

Seeing as traditiona lwomen are more likely to use sex to get what she wants from a man like gifts, bought dinner etc... can a man use sex to get gifts and be bought dinner from a feminist and sex is the feminist woman's "reward" for being the 'courter'/'provider'?

I guess so,i mean in most feminist relationships the fems is usually be the more dominant one,so that would make her have a higher sexual drive so i assume that a man would be able to use sex to his advantage.
