i haven't had sex... but i have mastrubated... (i dunno if that means anything)... but i'm gettin small red bumps near and around my clitoris... what is this?

You might just be really irritated. Give it a rest for a week or so (don't masturbate, shower instead of bathe, ect.) and see if the bumps go away
