How to have sex in the shower.?

I'm 6'1" and my gf is 5'4". It seems like every time we try to do it in the shower its extremely difficultlt no matter what position we try. 1st off because i'm so much taller it makes it really hard for me to reach down there, and 2nd, the minute i finally get it in, with any penetrationon the water makes it slip right out. . We try "doggie" all the time, but after about two minutes of penetration her hands start to get tired.
